"I've been with this agent for years, but recently its been difficult to deal. I have repeatedly requested since April that all communications about my bill be via email or text only, not phone calls. Despite this, I continue to receive calls that feel more like bill collector harassment. I do not always pay on the exact due date, but when I’m late, I proactively communicate a specific payment date. The fact that my simple request is ignored and met with arguments is unacceptable. If this is the level of customer service I’m to expect, I will seriously consider finding a new insurance carrier."
